Stallion India Fluorochemicals Ltd IPO Even on the last day of the bidding on 20 January, strong interest is being seen from the investors. This issue has been subscribed more than 70 times so far. The investors have received bids for 108.73 crore shares against the issue size of 1.55 crore shares. The non-organisational investors (NAEE) continue to lead the railways subscription; the portion reserved for them has been booked almost 197 times. Retail investors have so far subscribed their reserved portion almost 55 times. The investors have so far received a mixed response from eligible institutional buyers (KYO). Their reserved portion has been subscribed 72% so far.

The IPO comprises a new issue of 1.78 crore equity shares and an offer-for-sale (Ophes) of 43.02 lakh shares. Stalian India Florological Chemicals has fixed a price band of Rs 85 to Rs 90 per share for the IPO. On the other hand, the size of the issue is Rs 199.45 crore. Investors can bid for a maximum of 165 shares, for which they would have to invest Rs 14,850. The IPO will be open for subscription from January 16 to January 20.

The offer is expected to be announced on January 21. The shares are likely to be released for the first time on January 23 on Bees and Eleven. Before opening the issue for public auction, the company raised Rs 59.83 crore from six institutional investors through anchor book on January 15. The company said in its filing to Express, “A final offer of 66.48 lakh equity shares has been made to Enkar investors at a price of Rs 90 per equity share.”

According to investor estimates, the company’s non-thinking shares were trading at Rs 133 on January 20 with a green market premium of 47.78%.

Stallion India is involved in the business of fluoride chemicals reprieve and industrial gas.
