However, outside the country, Hyundai UK has revealed the prices and specifications of the Inster Cross EV. In fact, the company has announced the prices for the Inster Cross, the SUV-focused variant of the Inster compact EV to be introduced in June 2024. The production of Inster Cross is going on at the company’s manufacturing plant in Korea.

17-inch alloy wheels will be available

The biggest highlight is the SUV-like styling incorporated in the compact dimensions of the Inster.

The Inster Cross will come with wide, rectangular front and rear bumpers and raised black colour cladding. The front and rear skid plates along with 17-inch alloy wheels provide better safety while driving on rough roads compared to the regular Inster. The Inster Cross will be offered in a new shade of green colour, which will be exclusive to this crossover variant.

360Km range on full charge

Talking about its performance, the Inster has a 49kWh battery, which powers an electric motor with 115bhp power and 147Nm torque. Hyundai claims that it accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in 10.6 seconds. Its top speed is around 150Km/h. According to the company, the Inster gives a range of about 360Km on a full charge. Hyundai is offering an ADAS package, which includes adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning and avoidance assist.

The price will be more than 30 lakhs

Talking about the interior of the Hyundai Inster Cross EV, it will get a new color and trim combination, which will come with gray cloth lime-yellow accents. The trim will be complemented by lime-yellow accents on the dashboard. Like the base model, the Inster Cross will also have many features that are usually provided in high segment cars. The on-road price of the 49kWh battery pack variant of the Inster Cross is £28,745 (approximately Rs 30.53 lakh).
